Ready-to-wear items are prepared after payment confirmation. During launches, Eid edits, or high-volume periods, preparation may take longer.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order abayas require production time before dispatch. Product pages and order updates should be treated as the latest timing reference.
Delivery notes
- Use a complete address with building, area, city, and phone number.
- Couriers may contact you before delivery.
