Dispatch
Dispatch begins after order confirmation, payment status review, and any required measurement confirmation. Split shipments may be used when an order includes items with different production timings.
Delivery attempts
If a courier cannot complete delivery because details are missing or the customer is unreachable, redelivery or storage fees may apply depending on the courier process.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of damaged packaging or items. We will coordinate with the courier and advise the next step.
